About Paralleon CRM

Paralleon CRM is a CRM for small service firms: accounting practices, agencies and consultancies, where a few people look after many clients, mostly by email.

It started inside two small firms that needed one place for their clients, their email and their work, and is now offered to others. It keeps your contacts, companies, deals, projects, tasks and billing records; it reads the email and calendar you already use, keeps the mail with your clients next to their records, and shows you each morning what needs you.

It is built to be quiet and exact. Rules do most of the work, and AI is used where it saves time, within a monthly allowance, and never to send anything on its own. Every email waits for your click.
